Some of the things I really like about it:
- It offers a very clean and simple view into the org chart that’s not a pain to get to.
- It provides a wealth of insights for a platform organization about how to improve efficiency.
Things I think it could do better:
- Marry the quantitative data w/ the qualitative data in situ.
- Expose the survey data directly to the survey runner for their own analysis.
