Netskope is a tool which is a MITM for SSL. They intercept your traffic and route it to their datacenter to ensure you’re not leaking company data. It’s being implemented by eBay InfoSec, and is causing a bunch of issues with developers b/c it needs to muck with the cert stores for python, java, ruby, etc.
