A Noosphere Structure

Delegations have all unrevoked authority we’ve given ever (UCAN + human name).

Revocations have all things we’ve ever revoked. When we add something here, we remove it from delegations. This is eventually slated to be enforced.

Because you can revoke a UCAN in a broader chain, searching through the delegations is non-trivial.

In general, we don’t think we want 3rd parties to have write access to your sphere. Instead, we want you to make an affirmative choice to make changes. This helps resist centralization.

As an example, Noosphere Gateways only exist to facilitate interactions with the network. It has no authority.
